Employment Opportunities:
Fresh Start is looking for a new team member to fill an overnight/program support position. This position support the mission by providing support to residents during the night and ensure the safety and security of the home. It also includes tasks that aid case management and general facility operations. This position collaborates with and is supervised by the Program Coordinator. This is a full-time position with benefits. This is an overnight, awake shift that includes weekends. Work hours are 9:45pm-7:45am.
The ideal candidate is someone who is a people person and who works well independently to complete tasks. Wage is dependent on education and experience. Fresh Start values lived experience and that may be substituted for education. People of color and other historically marginalized groups are encouraged to apply. Internships
Internships can help you develop your experience in non-profits by learning the ropes from more experienced professionals. At the end of your internship, you’ll have relevant experience to help you decide if a career in the non-profit industry is the right choice for you. At a smaller non-profit like Fresh Start, you’ll have an opportunity to see your projects go from start to finish.
