Fresh Start has a vision to assist women to overcome homelessness. Our housing program uses client focused practices to overcome barriers to self-sufficiency. Fresh Start is more than a shelter, it's a goals-based program. Each resident works with her case manager to develop and achieve goals to improve her life.

To be eligible, a woman must:

• be aged 19 and above
• be unhoused for any reason
• have no children in her care, and
• need residential services.

Fresh Start has assisted over 1,900 women on their path back to wellness and economic stability.
