Fresh Start has a vision to assist women to overcome homelessness. Our housing program uses client focused practices to overcome barriers to self-sufficiency. Fresh Start is more than a shelter, it's a goals program designed to support women who are working diligently to improve their lives.

Women age 19 and above, who are unhoused for any reason, and who are seeking residential services without children, are eligible. Fresh Start has assisted over 1,900 women on their path back to wellness and economic stability.
