Project Funway is our annual fashion design competition and runway show where UNL students and local designers compete get the Best of Show judge's award. Designers use cast off or thrift clothing and materials to create unique, one of a kind designs. These designs are then showcased during the Project Funway runway show.
We invite you to attend or become a sponsor for this signature event in the Lincoln community. It will be held on November 15, 2024, at the Lincoln Cornhusker Marriott in the grand ballroom. In addition to the runway show, the event includes a short program, live and silent auction and light hors d’oeuvres. All proceeds benefit Fresh Start, a non-profit goal-oriented housing program for women experiencing homelessness, offering skill development and supportive services.
Advance tickets for Project Funway are $65 each and VIP tickets are $85. Day of event general admission tickets are $85 and VIP reception are $100.
Please note that seating will be available for all but tables are not guaranteed for general admission tickets.
