A. Yes. Fresh Start has a zero tolerance for alcohol and/or drug use. Residents will be given a drug test upon move in. If a resident is taking a prescription medication that would cause a positive result, the prescription must be with them and current. Residents who use alcohol or drugs while living at Fresh Start will be asked to leave immediately.
